2023 Rosé Alors! 750ml bottle

Our newest vintage of the Rosé is composed of 72% Grenache and 28% Tannat. Grown on rocky, clay-rich soils at about 2000’ elevation. It shows a brilliant salmon color in the glass. The wine fell naturally clear - no fining or filtration. Loads of cherry and watermelon in the aromas; later, hints of vanilla. Medium bodied with fresh acidity, and a bit of roundness/richness on the palate. There’s a nice chalkiness in the finish, which definitely reflects the soils of the vineyard. Only 60 cases made, 13% alcohol.
